This client purchased this home and lived in it while for a year they developed the plans.  They quickly saw what worked and what did not which aided in designing a home that was exactly what they wanted.  The home was taken down to the studs and reworked from every angle.

The goal for this project was to create a home they could enjoy with friends and family all year long. That entailed removing stairwells and relocating major structural elements so we could open up the floorplan and create a space with an easy flow for entertaining.

With incredible ocean and harbor views we geared the orientation of rooms in that direction in every way we could.  We wanted the family and their guests to be able to enjoy the view from every level, with the roof deck being the ultimate hang out spot.
