We develop the overall design for both the interior and exterior of the home, balancing the client’s vision with our professional expertise. Through comprehensive detailing, we provide your builder with the precise information needed to execute the design and bring your vision to life.

Our studio manages the curation of every interior detail, including custom plumbing fixtures, millwork, tile, and all hard surfaces. We select all plumbing fixtures and finishes and ensure each component is organized for procurement in alignment with the builder's timeline.

We create detailed cabinet plans and elevations, outlining every style, profile, and specification. These plans are drawn to scale with detailed measurements and shared with the fabricator for production.

Our services include the development of scaled furniture floorplans, room-specific storyboards, comprehensive proposals, and detailed cut sheets for every item. Decorative lighting is selected in coordination with the lighting plan and interior elevations. We provide the builder with detailed documentation and elevations that indicate precise locations for each fixture so that they are hung appropriately.

B Farm maintains active involvement throughout every stage of the build. Constant communication via weekly site visits and daily collaboration with builders and trades ensures a seamless process with minimal errors. We personally oversee the installation of every detail, ensuring the residence evolves to meet the highest industry standards and client expectations.
