B Farm Design

B Farm is a full scale design firm located in Seal Beach, California. We work alongside architects, builders and subcontractors to design custom homes that meet the expectations of our clients and the industry. 

From ground up construction to full scale renovations, we design and oversee the development of the home from the initial set of plans until the final installation.

Leah Bersuch


Born and raised in Sunset Beach, California, Leah went on to study art at Loyola Marymount University.  From there she attended Otis College of Art and Design and earned her Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape and Interiors. 

Leah brings a unique perspective to every project, guiding clients through the entire process from start to finish. Her expertise spans residential design, drafting, furnishings, and hard surfaces, complemented by a specialized skill for refining floor plans and elevations.

  • ARCHITECTURE & FLOOR PLANS

    In collaboration with architects, we manage and refine architectural plans and schedules to ensure your home is both highly functional and visually stunning. Our team works closely with the design phase to make necessary adjustments, guaranteeing that the final structure reflects the intended aesthetic vision.

  • INTERIOR DETAILS AND HARDSURFACES

    B Farm manages the curation and selection of all interior elements, ranging from door styles and custom millwork to tile and hard surfaces. Each component is meticulously chosen and shared with the client and builder to ensure seamless development.

  • FURNITURE, LIGHTING, FIXTURES

    We select and curate all furniture, lighting and fixtures for the home.  Furniture floorplans and elevations are used to ensure all furniture is to scale and fixtures are correctly located throughout the home.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    B Farm maintains active involvement throughout every stage of the build. We work hand-in-hand with all trade to ensure the project is finished to the highest standards of quality while strictly adhering to the established timeline.
