The Modern Tudor in Rossmoor

Nestled in the heart of Rossmoor, CA, this ground-up custom home perfectly balances classic architectural charm with fresh, modern living. Our clients wanted a space that honored traditional Tudor home design while feeling bright, airy, and functional for a modern lifestyle. Working from the initial blueprints to the final furnishings, our interior and exterior design studio oversaw every step of this complete build. We anchored the heart of the home with an oversized oak island, full-height cabinets in a warm taupe, and a custom fireplace with a marble stepped surround. Tucked behind the great room, through a hidden pocketing door, we created a moody, speakeasy-style hangout with custom backlit shelves for our client’s extensive collectibles.
